Great service!. The new owners have already made a difference to it. This is now officially my closest store worth travelling to. A nice waiting area and plenty of food shops next door, makes the wait for installation not a problem. Being on a main bus route, even leaving the car for Installation isint a problem. It will be cool to see how the new owners continue to improve and offer great deals.

Yah. Terry has moved closer to me :). Fantastic to have it now owned by him. A friendly welcoming face. Hotwire is worth making the trip. I can already see his touch on the old store. I also see his deals have already started online. It's a shame I don't need yet another stereo. ...... but when i do, i know where to go. People who buy from big national stores are crazy. This way you get the right advice and a deal.

The guys at Hotwire were incredible - I was sent to them to pick up a part nearly 1 hour after they had closed for the day. The part was unavailable but they had a work around solution and actually spent the next 30-40 mins installing speakers in my car, despite their day being officially well over. They even solved another issue with one of the speakers that another auto electrical shop hadn't done anything about. Wonderful service, good quality workmanship and excellent technical knowledge. Highly recommend.Cheers boys!
